You haven't come across a blueberry cobbler recipe as easy as One Minute Blueberry Cobbler. Like a microwave mug cake recipe, this cobbler "bakes" in your microwave. All you need are six simple ingredients that are most likely in your kitchen baking cabinet already. Since these are single-serve portions, you won't need to use a large amount of your baking supplies. You also won't need to share your dessert. Top your cobbler with any of your favorite toppings, such as ice cream or whipped cream, and dig in. The next time you're craving something delicious and sweet, keep this microwave blueberry cobbler in mind!

Do the blueberries come out rubbery at all? Do they stay soft the entire time you are eating the cobbler? My family is super picky about microwave foods. I am not sure I can get the kids to eat the dish or not if it has any hint of rubbery texture.
