Menu Red Copper Brownie Bonanza Pan Red Copper Brownie Bonanza Pan

Reviewed by , Editor,

The Red Copper Brownie Bonanza Pan has an innovative design that makes baking brownies simple for anyone! It has three pieces that allow you to cut and lift the brownies out of the pan. Plus, the copper infused ceramic ensures your brownies come out perfectly baked, every time!

I was a little skeptical when I first looked at the pan system. There are a few different pieces and I wasn't sure how the cutting and lifting would all work out. Instead of testing brownies first, I went with an gooey recipe for Chocolate Funfetti Cake Batter Rice Krispie Treats. Needless to say, my skepticism vanished because this pan proved it was truly superior.

I was incredibly impressed with the copper infused ceramic bakeware. The nonstick coating works better than any I have used before. Even the marshmallow from the rice krispie recipe came off the pan easily. If you are feeling particularly busy, you can actually put the pan and its components in the dishwasher after using instead of rinsing.

The portion cutter works just as well as the pan. The bottom pushes through your creation to create 18 perfectly sized pieces. Then, using the custom stand, the treats can be pushed out of the pan, and kept on the lifter. This allows the food to cool, and the lifter can even double as a server!

I love that the pan comes with a recipe booklet. It definitely inspired me to make recipes other than brownies with this pan. You can even make biscuits and fun appetizers with it. If you want to blow a friend's mind, than this makes a fantastic gift.
