Julia's Peach Cobbler Mix makes one of the best peach cobbler recipes I have ever tasted! The easy-to-use mix only requires milk and peach pie filling to come together. The Southern specialty will be a hit at any party or get-together.
The mix was really easy to put together. The mix itself just requires milk to come together. You can choose to use a canned pie filling or make a homemade pie filling to pour the mix over.
I recommend monitoring the cooking time closely. Depending on your oven, it may take a shorter or longer time to cook through. The top of the cobbler will look much like a cake and should be baked similarly.
When you dish out the cobbler, the fruit filling and the cobbler topping will come together for one heavenly bite. The topping is nice and buttery, just how I like it! It pairs perfectly with gooey peach filling it covers.
