Did you ever think that zucchini would work in a dessert recipe? I never thought it would until my mom made us the most amazingly moist chocolate cake one day. I ask her to make that cake to this day because it is my favorite dessert out of everything she makes. I love it. I can't wait to see if I love these brownies just as much.
