Do you think it will matter too much if I use canola or olive oil in this recipe? I am not sure I will use the olive, but I am not a fan of the vegetable. I love that you chose to add peppermint to this recipe. It is such a great combo. I love that it takes me back to walking through holiday parks and sipping hot chocolate or cider.
