These Strawberry Cookies with White Chocolate Chips are a great spring or summer time snack for the strawberry lover. These amazing cookies have the most delicious flavor combination. The cream cheese in the cookie dough makes these cookies soft and chewy. A little bit of lemon juice keeps the strawberries fresh and colorful. The white chocolate chunks taste great with the strawberries. This is one cookie recipe you'll want to make every time strawberry season rolls around.

Oh yum! Now this is my kind of flavour combination. They look so soft and fluffy too. I love that they are entirely from scratch. I saw a blueberry variation on the page as well. I will be trying both. Sanding sugar is a strange term to me. Is it a specific type of sugar, or simply what the regular sugar is being referred to because of its purpose?
