"This is the ULTIMATE Pumpkin Pie! Complete with a homemade pie crust, creamy cheesecake layer and homemade pumpkin pudding on top, it is easily made no bake! I wanted to keep the recipe simple but I also wanted a light, creamy texture to both layers. I decided to skip the traditional baked pumpkin pie and go with a pumpkin cream pie of sorts -- with a homemade cooked pumpkin pudding! Because the filling isn’t baked, if you were to use a graham cracker crust you could make this a completely no bake pumpkin pie. Awesome, isn’t it?!?"

Pumpkin and cream cheese goes together like chocolate and peanut butter, right? I love the two. I think your pumpkin pudding sounds like something to put in a fancy cup and top with the cream cheese layer and some whipped cream to eat it like a mousse or a layered dessert that will make everyone ooh and ahh.
