This is a mellow butterscotch pudding, its not overpowering, but has just enough rich flavor to be noticed. Can you use soy milk in this recipe or does it have to be whole milk? My son uses soy milk, so I like to use this ingredient in many of my desserts so that he can have them to. I like that you add the confectioner's sugar to the heavy cream to make the whipped cream. I think the homemade aspect is my favorite part of this dessert.
