Have you ever used apple juice to thin your glaze? You could use that or strawberry juice to make the glaze even fruitier if you wanted to. I bet these cinnamon rolls are a fun twist on the classic recipe. I know I like the mix-up. I like different twists once in a while. Pineapple would be a fun one.
