Can you use the same sweetener, or do you have to use separate sugar substitutes to get the recipe right? I love that you chose to make a pie without the crust. You cut off some of the calories and it makes the pie smoother and silkier. I bet it goes great with some cream cheese icing or a big dollop of whipped cream. I love adding cream cheese to pumpkin recipes.
