SpiceJungle Baking Ingredients

The better the ingredients you use to bake your favorite sweet treats, the better that they'll taste. It's a proven fact. One of my favorite ingredients companies has to be SpiceJungle. Like their sister company, Beanilla, SpiceJungle produces only the best baking ingredients. They're top shelf-quality products with an affordable price tag.
Their caster sugar is superfine. It's actually finer than superfine sugar but not fine enough to be powdered sugar. Because it's so fine, it makes for really smooth-textured and tasting desserts. This sugar is great for making meringue and other smooth or creamy treats because it won't make them taste gritty or clumpy.
When it comes to cocoa powder, SpiceJungle certainly does it best. Their dark cocoa powder is so incredibly aromatic and will add a subtle sweetness to anything that you add it to. It's such a versatile ingredient because it's really pure and not overly sweet. You can easily tell that their cocoa powder is high quality because it's so fine that it's super soft.
If you've never tried baking with powdered honey, I can't suggest it enough. It's perfect for glazes on both sweet and savory dishes. You can also use it to add a subtle sweetness or warmth to baked goods. By using powdered honey instead of traditional honey, you don't have to worry about messing with your treat's texture or bake time. SpiceJungle's powdered honey is superfine so it will perfectly blend with anything you add it to without leaving a gritty texture.
The last of SpiceJungle's products that I was fortunate enough to try was their cinnamon sticks. In terms of cinnamon sticks, SpiceJungle does it best. Grocery store-bought cinnamon sticks don't quite compare, honestly. These are a really handy baking ingredient to keep in your kitchen. They're really sweet but not to the point where they'll dominate your recipe. Plus, you can use them more than once! All you have to do is wash them off after using them and store them in a dark place so that they can dry. That means that you can make all of the mulled cider that you want with just a few sticks!
Essentially, if you're looking for the best baking ingredients you can buy, look no further than SpiceJungle's selection. Their caster sugar, dark cocoa powder, powdered honey, and cinnamon sticks all surpassed my expectations and I promise they'll surpass yours as well.
